Deng Ming Dao: The Lunar Tao teaches that each day has a unique energy that affects our moods, behaviour, and health. By aligning ourselves with the energies of the moon, we can live in harmony with nature and achieve balance in our lives.

The philosophy of the Lunar Tao is based on the ancient Chinese concept of yin and yang. Yin represents feminine energy, while yang represents masculine energy. In the Lunar Tao, we strive to achieve a balance between these two energies.

Interviewer: How can we apply the teachings of the Lunar Tao to our own lives?

Teachings of the Lunar

Deng Ming Dao: One way to apply the teachings of the Lunar Tao to your life is to pay attention to the moon cycles. For example, you can avoid strenuous activity during the full moon, when yin energy is strongest. You can also take advantage of the new moon, when yang energy is strongest, to start new projects or make important decisions.
