A Gentle Reminder

Beginning this week, I am teaching two 6-week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation courses at the Pranava Yoga studio in Uckfield. The two courses are, of course, the same; however, one meets on Tuesday evenings (7:30 to 8:45 pm), the other on Thursdays, around lunchtime (11:45 am to 1:00 pm).
